Hengtaiyu Group to Alter Stock Designation to "Baijuyi Holdings"

Hengtaiyu Group (08081) has announced a change to the company's stock trading names. The company's English name has been revised from "Hang Tai Yue Group Holdings Limited" to "Baijuyi Holdings Group Limited." Correspondingly, the Chinese secondary name has been updated from "恒泰裕集团控股有限公司" to "白居易控股集团有限公司."
Effective from 9:00 a.m. on March 12, 2026, the English stock short name for trading on the Stock Exchange will change from "HANG TAI YUE GP" to "BAIJUYI HOLD." The Chinese stock short name will be adjusted from "恒泰裕集团" to "白居易控股." The company's stock code on the exchange will remain unchanged as "08081."
