The collaboration will adopt models including specialized department co-construction, equipment technical services, and operating leases to promote the standardized adoption of minimally invasive tumor intervention technologies. All projects will strictly adhere to relevant regulations, with necessary filings completed with health commissions and medical insurance authorities before implementation.

Genertec Liaoning Pharmaceutical serves as the sole provincial platform company in Liaoning Province established by China Meheco Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., a key state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the central government. This agreement accelerates the large-scale deployment of the company's self-developed tumor minimally invasive surgical robots and specialized solutions across the northeast region, creating a replicable oncology specialty model to empower regional healthcare upgrades.
