ADICON appoints industry veteran Feng Danlong as Independent Director; joins remuneration committee after Zhang Wei’s exit

ADICON Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Feng Danlong, aged 67, has been appointed Independent Non-Executive Director effective 25 August 2026. She will serve a term of up to three years, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the Company’s AGM, and will receive an annual director’s fee of RMB0.26 million.

Feng brings over 33 years of senior experience in human resources, Asia-Pacific public affairs and pharmaceutical policy. Her career includes three decades at Pfizer in roles ranging from Executive Assistant to President to Senior Corporate Advisor, and, since March 2023, founder of Shanghai WINJOIN Business Consulting Co., Ltd. She holds a BA in English from Shandong University, an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Doctorate in Management from Dalian University of Technology.

ADICON confirmed that Feng meets all independence criteria under Hong Kong Listing Rules and has no interests in the Company’s shares, nor relationships with directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.

Concurrently, Mr. Zhang Wei has stepped down from the Board’s remuneration committee, and Feng has been appointed to fill that seat with effect from the same date.
