INNOVENT BIO has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Measured under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company posted total revenue of RMB 8.618 billion, a 44.8% increase year-on-year. Profit for the period reached RMB 1.253 billion, up 50.2% from the prior year, with basic earnings per share of RMB 0.73.

According to the company's statement, the first half of 2026 was marked by accelerated revenue growth, an expanding profit base, substantial cash reserves, and the closure of multiple large-scale international partnerships. These developments, along with several pipeline assets demonstrating global value, underpin management's view that INNOVENT BIO is currently in its most favorable growth window since inception. Building on this foundation, the company aims to complete a third critical transformation over the next five to ten years—evolving from a leading domestic biopharmaceutical firm into a globally competitive player with cross-border operational capabilities.

The company's commercial portfolio now includes 20 approved products, among them Tyvyt (sintilimab injection), Byvasda (bevacizumab injection), Sulin (adalimumab injection), Halpryza (rituximab injection), Pemazyre (pemigatinib tablets), Nailike (olverembatinib tablets), Cyramza (ramucirumab), Retsevmo (selpercatinib capsules), Fucaso (equecabtagene autoleucel injection), Xinbile (tafolecimab injection), Dabote (flurizasertib tablets), Dabolle (taletrectinib adipate capsules), Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib tablets), Ao Yi Xin (liretinib tablets), Xinbimin (tibetuximab N01 injection), Xinermeis (masidopatide injection), Xinmeiyue (pikankimab injection), Dabo Xin (ipilimumab N01 injection), Verzenio (abemaciclib tablets), and Weifutai (quizartinib hydrochloride tablets). Of these, 13 products have been included in the National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL).

During the first half of 2026, INNOVENT BIO generated total revenue of RMB 8.618 billion, with product revenue of RMB 8.202 billion, reflecting year-on-year growth of 44.8% and 56.7%, respectively. This robust performance was driven by the effective execution of the company's dual-engine growth strategy, accelerated contributions from its integrated pipeline, and continued volume expansion from oncology products newly added to the NRDL. On an IFRS basis, net profit increased 50.2% to RMB 1.253 billion, while Non-IFRS net profit grew 40.5% to RMB 1.704 billion, supported by rapid revenue ramp-up and sustained improvements in operating efficiency.

The operational results for the first half of 2026 not only affirm the company's improving business momentum but also signal a new phase where both revenue and profitability quality are advancing in tandem, steadily progressing toward the goal of becoming a world-class biopharmaceutical enterprise.
