Guangdong True Health Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“True Health Medical”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on 22 August 2026 with General Technology Liaoning Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Shenyang. The partnership targets the three northeastern provinces of China and centers on the large-scale rollout of a minimally invasive oncology diagnosis and treatment system.

Key cooperation areas include:

• Joint development of specialty oncology services and standardized interventional technologies. • Provision of equipment technical services and operating-lease models to accelerate market penetration. • Strict adherence to National Health Commission and medical-insurance filing requirements before implementation.

General Technology Liaoning Pharmaceutical is the sole provincial-level platform in Liaoning for China Meheco Group, itself a subsidiary of centrally administered China General Technology (Group) Holding. Leveraging this state-owned network is expected to facilitate faster deployment of True Health Medical’s self-developed minimally invasive oncology surgical robots and related specialty solutions across Northeast China.

The Board of True Health Medical states that the agreement will allow both parties to complement each other’s strengths, raise the company’s regional market influence, and establish a replicable model for oncology specialty upgrades. No financial consideration or timeline beyond the cooperation framework was disclosed in the announcement.
