Carry Wealth Holdings Limited announced a leadership reshuffle effective 21 July 2026. Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and authorized representative Mr. Lee Chi Ho stepped down for personal work reasons. The Board noted that Mr. Lee has no disagreement with the Board and no matters require shareholder attention.
To fill the vacancy, Ms. Chan Wai Ying, aged 44, joins the Board as Executive Director and member of the Investment Committee on the same date. Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Human Resource Management) from University College Dublin and brings more than 18 years of experience in human-resource planning, remuneration governance and organisational administration. Her initial service contract runs for one year, with a fixed monthly director remuneration of HK$0.03 million, subject to standard rotation and re-election requirements.
Separately, Company Secretary Ms. Lam Wai resigned, and Mr. Hui Hung Kwan—an accountant with over three decades of finance experience and current independent non-executive director at two Hong Kong-listed companies—was appointed as her successor. Mr. Hui is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Following the above departures, Ms. Chan and Mr. Hui have also been designated as the company’s new authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, replacing Mr. Lee and Ms. Lam.
Post-changes, the Board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Li Xiaoming and Ms. Chan Wai Ying, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Lee Chan Wah and Ms. Li Qian.
