Finsoft Maintains Stable 504.23 Million Issued Shares and Meets Public-Float Rule in May 2026 Return

Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, reporting no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.

Finsoft’s authorised capital closed the month unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, representing HKD 100.00 million in authorised share capital.

The issued share base also remained steady at 504.23 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding and no movements stemming from share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments during the month.

The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 May 2026. All relevant corporate actions undertaken during the period were affirmed by the board and carried out in accordance with applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.

The return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026 by Company Secretary Yu Kwan Nam Gabriel.
