Apr 29

On 29 April 2026, Zhong Ao Home Group Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report and a related circular have been released in both English and Chinese. The documents are available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.gdzawy.com). Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

In line with the expanded paperless regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, Zhong Ao Home has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, covering annual and interim reports, notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to receive email notifications must supply a functional email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is provided, these shareholders will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates.

Shareholders preferring hard copies may submit a reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an email request to info@clkwlawyers.com.

Enquiries can be directed to CLKW Lawyers LLP at +852 2110 2939 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, Hong Kong time). The notice was signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Liu Jian on behalf of the board.
