Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited reported a leadership transition effective 13 July 2026. Executive Director Liu Lihao resigned due to other work arrangements, confirming no disagreement with the Board or outstanding matters needing shareholder attention. Concurrently, the Board appointed Yang Feng, 52, as an Executive Director.

Yang has led subsidiary Qinghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. since 2021, progressing from Chief Strategic Officer to President. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Xinjiang Medical University. Under a three-year service contract (13 July 2026–12 July 2029), Yang will receive HK$0.10 million in annual director’s emoluments and will stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting. He currently holds no shares in the Company or its associated corporations and has no disclosed relationships with other substantial or controlling shareholders.

Following the change, Kaisa Health’s Board comprises six executive directors—Chairman Kwok Ying Shing, Luo Jun, Luo Tingting, Xie Binhong, Yang Feng and Ye Haoda—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Dr. Liu Yanwen, Dr. Lyu Aiping and Li Zhiying.

The Board expressed appreciation for Liu Lihao’s contributions and welcomed Yang Feng’s appointment.
