Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited (abbreviated as Kaisa Health) has issued a notice convening a Special General Meeting (SGM) on 1 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Hong Kong to consider a single special resolution: the proposed change of its English corporate name to “Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical Group Limited” and the simultaneous adoption of the Chinese name “青海生物製藥集團有限公司,” replacing the current secondary name “佳兆業健康集團控股有限公司.”

Shareholders registered as of the meeting record date are entitled to vote in person or by proxy. Proxy forms, together with any relevant authorisations, must reach the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai—no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the SGM.

Voting on the special resolution will be conducted by poll, with each fully paid share carrying one vote. Joint shareholders may have only the most senior holder’s vote counted if multiple votes are tendered.

The SGM will be held at Conference Room Cambridge Lab, 19/F, Office Plus@Sheung Wan, 93-103 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Completion or lodgement of a proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person, in which case the submitted proxy will be deemed revoked.

Passage of the resolution will formally reposition Kaisa Health under its proposed new English and Chinese names, marking a significant rebranding initiative subject to shareholder approval.
