According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 29, a shareholder of ARTA TECHFIN (00279) deposited shares into KGI Asia. The deposited shares have a market value of HK$70.11 million, representing 9.67% of the company's shares.
ARTA TECHFIN announced that on April 29, 2026, all conditions under the placement agreement were fulfilled, and the placement was completed. A total of 123 million placement shares were successfully allocated to no fewer than six independent placees at a placement price of HK$0.490 per share, pursuant to the placement agreement.
