Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) announced the launch of its inaugural sustainability notes on Aug, 25 2026, issuing 200 million Singapore dollars of five-year senior unsecured notes at a fixed coupon of 4.00% per annum.
The notes, due Sep, 1 2031, will be issued under the company’s 750 million Singapore dollars Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme and Sustainability Financing Framework. Interest is payable semi-annually, with issuance expected on Sep, 1 2026 and listing on the Singapore Exchange on Sep, 2 2026.
DBS Bank is acting as sole lead manager, bookrunner and sustainable finance adviser. Moody’s Ratings reviewed Centurion’s framework and assigned a Sustainability Quality Score of SQS2, its second-highest tier.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green and social projects across the group’s worker and student accommodation portfolio, including green-certified buildings, renewable energy installations, energy-efficiency upgrades and affordable accommodation initiatives.
According to the company, the deal was oversubscribed by institutional and private-bank investors, making it the largest and longest-dated bond issuance in Centurion’s history.
