Significant shareholding changes for ARTA TECHFIN (00279) were recorded by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 29th. The total value of the transferred shares was HK$32.63 million, representing 5.85% of the company's issued share capital. A shareholder transferred 78.9227 million shares from BNP Paribas to Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

In a separate announcement, ARTA TECHFIN confirmed that all conditions under a placement agreement were fulfilled on April 29, 2026, and the placement has been completed. The gross proceeds from the placement amounted to approximately HK$60.30 million. After deducting related expenses, the net proceeds were approximately HK$59.80 million. The company intends to allocate the net proceeds as follows: roughly 50.2% will be used to repay shareholder loans and associated costs; about 40.2% is earmarked for the ongoing business development and enhancement of the group's existing operations; and the remaining 9.6% will serve as general working capital and for general corporate purposes.
