King's Stone Shares Surge Over 6% Pre-Midday on Sharply Narrowed Loss Forecast and Revenue Jump

Shares of King's Stone (01943) rose more than 6% in the morning session. At the time of writing, the stock was up 6.06% to HK$0.70, with a turnover of HK$4.63 million.

The catalyst for the upward movement was an announcement released by the company. King's Stone stated that for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the group expects to record a net loss after tax of not less than HK$14 million. This represents a significant improvement compared to a net loss of approximately HK$99.4 million for the previous fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

The company attributed the anticipated reduction in losses to two primary factors. Firstly, revenue is projected to increase substantially to approximately HK$556 million, up from around HK$173 million. Secondly, administrative expenses are expected to decrease to about HK$30.8 million, down from approximately HK$48.8 million.
