BANK OF GUIZHOU (06199) has announced the appointment of Yang Hongjun as an executive director to its fourth board of directors.

Additionally, the appointment of Wen Zhichao as an independent non-executive director for the same board term has been approved.

These appointments were ratified by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting.

Both Yang Hongjun and Wen Zhichao will assume their respective roles following the approval of their qualifications by the Guizhou Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, which operates under the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

Their terms of office will last until the conclusion of the fourth board of directors' tenure.
