Baijuyi Holdings Group Limited announced on 1 June 2026 that its latest Annual General Meeting (AGM) package—including the Circular, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form—has been released to shareholders.

Key points • Distribution method: Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications are receiving printed sets by mail. • Digital transition: To reduce printing and mailing costs and support environmental initiatives, the Company is urging shareholders to switch to electronic delivery. Investors can register an email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the Reply Form or by completing and returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Website access: The full AGM Circular is available under “Investor Relations” at www.bjyholdings.com. Shareholders encountering access difficulties may request a free printed copy via email (baijuyi.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by written notice to the Hong Kong share registrar. • Validity of requests: Instructions to receive printed communications will remain effective for one year from the date the Company receives the shareholder’s request. • Enquiry channel: Shareholders can contact the registrar on +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours for assistance.
