Zhong Ao Home Group Limited released its Environment, Social and Governance Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, outlining environmental metrics, resource-efficiency goals and employee data.
Environmental Performance • Scope I and II greenhouse-gas emissions totalled 64,975.04 tonnes of CO₂e, equal to 6.94 tonnes per staff member. • Total energy consumption reached 114,746.12 MWh, 87 % of which was purchased electricity; direct fuel use accounted for the remainder. • Water consumption was 61,427.20 cubic metres, or 6.57 cubic metres per staff member. • Non-hazardous waste amounted to 1.94 tonnes, while hazardous waste was 102 tonnes. • Air-pollutant emissions from the vehicle fleet were 1,812.72 kg of NOx, 22.73 kg of SOx and 160.38 kg of particulate matter.
Environmental Targets (baseline 2022, target year 2027) • Cut Scope I and II GHG-emission intensity by 2 %. • Cut hazardous- and non-hazardous-waste intensity by 2 %. • Cut water-consumption intensity by 1 %.
Social Metrics • Workforce stood at 9,356, comprising 5,446 males and 3,910 females; employees aged 40 or above represented 81 % of headcount. • Turnover rate was 46 % for the year, with 49 % attributable to male staff and 51 % to female staff. • Average training time reached 12 hours per employee, with 100 % of staff receiving training. • Zero work-related fatalities were recorded for 2023–2025; 199 injury cases in 2025 resulted in 3,699 lost days. • The group partnered with 653 suppliers, mainly in East- and Central-China regions.
Governance and Risk Management The board retains overall responsibility for ESG strategy and has established an ESG working group covering risk identification, target setting and performance monitoring. Pandemic risk has been fully integrated into enterprise-risk management, and whistle-blowing channels are in place to enforce the group’s anti-corruption code.
Community Engagement Initiatives during 2025 included cultural, sports and festival events aimed at strengthening neighbourhood ties across managed residential communities.
Zhong Ao Home reports no material non-compliance with environmental, labour, health-and-safety or anti-corruption regulations during the reporting period.
