Yihai International reported interim revenue of RMB 3.35 billion for the six months ended 30 June 2026, up 14.3% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 375.60 million, an increase of 21.4%. Basic earnings per share climbed to RMB 0.3872.
Gross profit advanced 29.8% to RMB 1.12 billion, lifting the gross margin to 33.6% from 29.5% a year earlier. Operating profit grew 27.1% to RMB 547.20 million, while the net margin improved to 11.8%.
By product, hot-pot condiments generated RMB 1.92 billion, contributing 57.5% of total revenue and rising 14.3%. Compound condiments delivered RMB 564.05 million, up 14.7%. Convenient ready-to-eat foods recorded RMB 793.66 million, an 11.9% increase. Sales to related parties accounted for 29.9% of revenue, broadly stable year-on-year.
Third-party distribution networks remained the largest external channel at RMB 1.62 billion, while newly reported direct sales to malls and supermarkets added RMB 353.86 million. E-commerce sales edged up 2.8% to RMB 180.90 million. Overseas third-party revenue surged 46.8% to RMB 279.10 million.
The balance sheet showed total assets of RMB 5.49 billion and total liabilities of RMB 758.40 million, producing an asset-liability ratio of 13.8%. Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 1.75 billion, with no bank borrowings outstanding. Inventory days improved to 39.4, and trade-receivable days shortened to 14.0.
The Board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.4188 (RMB 0.3623) per share, payable on or before 24 September 2026 to shareholders on record as of 15 September 2026.
