NEW SILKROAD (00472) has announced the appointment of Dr. Cai Zhengjie as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company. Dr. Cai will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee. The appointments will take effect from May 8, 2026.
