Hygeia Healthcare repurchases 169,800 shares at average HK$8.83; treasury stock rises to 10.41 million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (Hygeia Healthcare) disclosed a share buy-back executed on 24 June 2026. The company repurchased 169,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$8.81 to HK$8.85, representing a volume-weighted average of HK$8.83 per share. The cash outlay totalled HK$1.50 million.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury shares decreased to 608.09 million, while treasury shares increased to 10.41 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which allows Hygeia Healthcare to buy back up to 61.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 10.41 million shares, equal to 1.68 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or further sales of treasury shares until 24 July 2026.
