Ley Choon Group Shareholders Clear All Resolutions at Jul, 30 2026 AGM

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited reported that shareholders approved every motion at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on Jul, 30 2026 in Singapore.

All nine resolutions were carried by poll, including the adoption of the audited financial statements for the year ended Mar, 31 2026 and the declaration of a final tax-exempt dividend of 0.15 Singapore cents per ordinary share.

Investors also re-elected executive directors Toh Choo Huat and Ragavendran Srinivasan, alongside independent director Chua Hock Thak. Directors’ fees of 0.23 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2027 were approved for quarterly payment.

Messrs Foo Kon Tan LLP were re-appointed as external auditors, and the board received a mandate to issue new shares and other convertible securities up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a 20% limit for non-pro-rata issues. Shareholders further authorised the allotment of up to 15% of issued shares for awards under the Ley Choon Performance Share Plan 2018.

Each resolution secured strong backing, with support levels ranging from 98.30% to 100%. The meeting concluded at 10:32 a.m.
