Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited repurchased 363,200 ordinary shares on 18 May 2026 through on-exchange transactions, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day.
The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$10.77 to HK$11.10, for total consideration of HK$3.998 million (approximately HK$4.00 million), implying an average cost of about HK$11.00 per share.
Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 613.52 million to 613.15 million, a 0.06% reduction. • Treasury shares grew to 5.35 million from 4.98 million. • The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 618.50 million shares.
The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 27 June 2025 that authorises repurchases of up to 61.85 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Hygeia Healthcare has acquired 5.35 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.86% of the issued share base on the mandate date.
All 363,200 repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In line with listing rules, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 17 June 2026.
