The board of CH NETCOMTECH (08071) has announced that its proposed consolidation of shares is set to become effective on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
This follows the fulfilment of all conditions precedent for the share consolidation, which included obtaining shareholder approval via an ordinary resolution passed at the company's annual general meeting.
