HARBOUR DIGITAL Proposes Rights Issue at 19.1% Discount to Raise Up to HK$73.1 Million

HARBOUR DIGITAL (00913) announced that its board has proposed a rights issue on the basis of 3 new shares for every 2 held. The company plans to issue up to approximately 532 million rights shares at a price of HK$0.140 per share. This represents a discount of approximately 19.1% to the closing price of HK$0.173 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the last trading day. The gross proceeds are expected to be up to HK$74.5 million, with net proceeds estimated at around HK$73.1 million. The funds are intended for investment in listed securities, listed or unlisted debt securities in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States, as well as for general working capital purposes.
